Productive Roles In Old AgeProductive roles Good people will prosper like palm trees, and they will grow strong like the cedars of Lebanon. They will take root in your house, Lord God, and they will do well. They will be like trees that stay healthy and fruitful, even when they are old. And they will say about you, The Lord always does right! God is our mighty rock. Psalm 92:12-15 Land that produces sparingly Ten acres of grapevines will produce only six gallons of juice, and five bushels of seed will produce merely a half-bushel of grain. Isaiah 5:10 Good land, unproductive land A field is useful to farmers, if there is enough rain to make good crops grow. Productive roles. In fact, God will bless that field. 8 But land that produces only thorn bushes is worthless. It is likely to fall under Gods curse, and in the end it will be set on fire. Hebrews 6:7-8
